Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
